I would like the ability to have a recurring automation until it no longer meets the requirements.
What I'm trying to solve for are bookings that have remaining balances due.
I have an automation that sends me a text 30 days before arrival, but I'd love for it to continue to msg me if there's an outstanding balance. I will create multiple one off for various timeframes, but being able to resend aut...

Hi there,
I once used a booking platform that had a very advanced feature to set up seasons and more specifically - recurring seasons. This site would allow owners to program recurring seasons (including nightly minimums, rates, rules, etc.) all based on weekends and months.
As of now, you can only program recurring seasons in Owner Rez by entering the exact month and day for the season to be repea...

Recurring seasons indicate a month/day span that repeats yearly, which is ideal if your rates remain consistent from year to year. Specific Dates seasons specify a month/day/year to month/day/year period that...
Newbie here.
I have set up my "seasons," which recur annually and start/end on specific dates.
One of my properties is in an area with many recurring events that draw people in. These events have floating dates (the first weekend of March, for example). I don't think I want to use Spot Dates because I want these items to recur yearly, but I will need to go change the exact dates yearly.
Should I set...

...New Features
Our rate system has undergone a number of major changes over the years. In fact, check out the original rates announcement from more than 10 years ago! A week later, we talked about recurring and specific-date seasons for the first time, though they were actually called "rate overrides" at the time. Wow, those posts make me feel old.
Over the following years, we changed that to a list...
We got great feedback on the Gallimaufry post from June, so I figured it should become a recurring series. We do announcement posts for the larger features, but there are so many small ones that can get lost in the chatter if they're not called out and recognized.

First, the big features we've already announced over...
Hi Peter,
Thank you for your input if you are referring to recurring billing capabilities from a merchant stand point we can most definitely help you out
Best.
It would be great if we could get "automated monthly recurring bills" in-between all of these integrations with new partners. by Peter Brimhall-O (/forums/users/347349681) – Aug 12, 2025 5:02 PM (UTC)
Thank you Ken. I had a recurring season (4th of July), so that explains why it didn't take over. It is a 5 day recurring season inside of a two-month window. Would be nice if the recurring ones could get the same treatment though.
There isn't a way to manually set a priority, but, the season that is shorter and more specific (i.e. not repeating) is what will have priority. by /forums/users/34738199...
I want to use recurring dates as much as possible but I also need to use specific dates.
The behavior appears to look at the recurring first (which don't have years) and then the specific dates which do have years. So the order is odd.
I think that if you can dynamically add the proper upcoming year to the recurring and then sort that might fix it.
See my calendar
This is happening because the seasons are actually all overlapping. They're "Recurring" type seasons which recur every year. You've named them 2021 and 2022, but the date ranges are actually recurring every year.
To fix it, edit the seasons and change them to "Specific Date" type and set the dates on one to 1 Jan 2021 to 31 Dec 2021, and the dates on the other one to 1 Jan 2022 to 31 Dec 2022.
Then...
