3 years ago...the hosted OR website. We are muddling through the components as we are not html / website creators. A friend has been helping us to get the site started. Still a lot to do outside of the "pretty" stuff, but love the ability to check in in this forum and overall the incredible options with using OR. Thanks! -
Ability to "pick and choose" amenities to appear in website widget
3 years ago...o categories that they feel are relevant on their end, but may not be the right way to display them on an independent website.
When using the widget, I then had a massive list of poorly organized stuff that was not able to be well-stylized for the site. The only way I found to group things as I wanted in a moderately well-stylized manner was to hardcode my amenities into my site manually. See exam...

Adjust rate change logic
3 years ago...e a pricing tool, integrated, those rates change daily, regardless of whether they’re actually booked or not. This leads to big consistency issues in price adjustment. It often tries to do some crazy stuff and I have to manually change rates more often than I accept the new OR generated charges. I see others complain about this a lot in the unofficial OR FB group and would like to see this addressed. -

I've seen a very cool app from Enso Connect that asks the guest what their preferred communication method is. Maybe consider something similar for each message that goes out, to allow the guest to select how they want to hear from us. I'm not aware of any feature called "Tags" but then I know Intuit keeps adding a lot of new stuff, so maybe that's there now. And if it is there, can you confirm if it is available in all versions including the lower starter plans? -

Accounting doesn't seem to be a priority and in some cases not even well understood. To me it is really hard to understand how work is being done on stuff like lock integration that is a non-paid feature and there are at least half dozen of services that provide a solution and that effort is not directed towards fixing accounting that is an integral ne...

3 years ago...pensing. In the future, we will sync these fees and deposits with QuickBooks as well. If you use Converge or some of the others, you probably won't get that for a while if ever.
Just some other stuff to keep in mind. The processing fee % isn't everything.

We are changing it to use the name. The feedback on that has been overwhelming and the use case is pretty obvious. The OwnerRez engineer working on lock stuff is already actively working on putting that in place.

Before Inbox cleanup, we've had to clean up messaging features (like Autoresponder) and work our way through some of the side features so that we can get to the main stuff. That, too, has already been underway for a while.

3 years ago...perties fully on the App and it has been GREAT - before I had a Centralite keypad with MyQ and RBoy which is now not possible.
I have had a couple of calls with support they have some really cool stuff coming down the pipe... like OR they launch new features monthly and sometimes more often.
They don't have Daikin integration yet but will likely come soon if the Thermostat feature takes off......
