    Hi Ken We just got our first booking on Booking.com apparently the min night stay for Christmas season and cleaning fee is not showing up on Booking.com. I have been on the phone with them so for today 3 hours and 17 min with no one able to help. They finally suggested I contact OR to see if you can figure out what's going on? Thanks

    Their product looks beautiful! I'd love to see how the OR rental agreement flows into their system if anyone is already integrated and cares to share! 

    It also looks like currently there's no 2-way-sync of check-in/out times -- which is enough of a drawback to make me need to hold off for now. Any ETA on if/when that may be added to the integration?

    Hey Michael,

    A part of our solution includes an AI unified Inbox. At the moment this inbox works with all channels (Airbnb, SMS, Email, Whatsapp) once a reservation is confirmed. Once we have access to OR's messaging API (that is still being developed) we will also be able to support inquiries. Either-way though, templates and triggers will run through Enso Connect!

    I do see the ticket you sent in, and it's under investigation.  Unfortunately we are not presently able to answer as quickly as we'd like, which is why we are adding to our support team - I actually participated in interviews today.  It may take a few more days, as discerning exactly why a trigger wasn't fired when expected can require digging through the logs, but this type of question is fairly c...

    I've seen some of these ticket reports, and for at least certain situation, the message-thread warning is in error - we're looking into what's causing that.  The actual cuase in those cases is that the trigger criteria were not met at the time the trigger was scheduled to occur, so the message was not sent.

    I have connected both of my properties to GVR and in OwnerRez the Listing Status states "Active" in green. Under synced it says "Sync Requested".
