Hi there,
I once used a booking platform that had a very advanced feature to set up seasons and more specifically - recurring seasons. This site would allow owners to program recurring seasons (including nightly minimums, rates, rules, etc.) all based on weekends and months.
As of now, you can only program recurring seasons in Owner Rez by entering the exact month and day for the season to be repea...
...n you checked an expense on the expense page, in addition to bringing up the options to delete, set vendor, etc., it also brought up the option to Copy or Duplicate the expense. Not all expenses are recurring, but a quick copy button would allow the same vendor and property information to transfer over, and then I could go in and manually update the date to reflect the new expense.
Thanks!
Mike
Hi Justin
I totally agree as we have many recurring expenses as well. I've been using the upload document for most of them and just upload that monthly. I have one that I keep for the main expenses that do not change and one for my flexible amounts and that's been working ok for now. Helps me get through it quicker and makes it so I don't forget any of them like I would when entering individually. It's...

Sounds like what you're looking for is Recurring Expenses which we have planned for our 2026 development roadmap. You can find the related Feature Request for this and follow along for updates on it here -
What you just described is the current way that OR works and not what this thread is about. Agreed, this would also help for recurring expenses like landscaping, tech, etc.
What you sent along does not work for many business models. I don't collect the cleaning fee and keep it. I charge a cleaning fee per reservation. It is not always the same as the cleaning fee charged to the guest. All income is re...
Hey Justin,
The main thread to follow on this topic is
Please follow that thread for updates! We're hoping for late Q2 / Q3, but that is subject to change depending on what else surfaces in the time between that needs more pressing attention at a company level.
Hi, everyone!
We've been hard at work fine tuning PMv2, among other big ticket features and upgrades across the entirety of the system. We sincerely hope to get recurring expenses into testing before Q4 this year. I won't make any promises at this time, but I will say that I'm personally feeling very optimistic about it.
Rest assured that the Product team is aware of the demand for this request, an...
Hi Peter,
The most recent update is what I shared on June 12th above. I'll pin that reply in this thread so it floats to the top.
Once we know Recurring Expenses is moving into development, we will share the news here. There's no definitive timeline that I could provide at this time.
Merging this with another topic of the same. This way all the votes can be kept in one place. This is definitely a feature that has been a long time in the making.
We are finalizing changes to our PMv2 model, which is going to lay the groundwork that will allow us to do Recurring Expenses!

This is honestly one of the biggest gaps in PM right now.
We have a bunch of recurring property expenses like thermostats/Jervis, camera subscriptions, pest control, HVAC maintenance, and even annual stuff like smoke detectors. There is no clean way to track and bill these.
Right now it is either manual charges or tracking outside of OwnerRez, which does not scale and things get missed.
