Offer the option to add the PM option to individual properties and not require all of them be charged.
I realize it's a tiered system of pricing and while I mostly manage my own listings, I currently have 1 (of 12) that I manage for someone else.
I can't even run a simple report for payouts, etc. for this one unless I upgrade to the PM add on.

As it relates to the reports section, specifically the line item pivot report, I believe it would be worthwhile to add an "excel like function bar" for each line item. Would be very helpful for PM's as well as owners when viewing this how each line item is compiled and put together.
