    Chiming in here because I'm also trying to figure out pet fees on OR. In Airbnb you can charge PER pet. So I would charge $50/pet/stay up to 2 pets. i.e. Bring 2 pets and you are charged $100 for the stay.

    Thanks, Lydia! Yes, that's exactly right - check the property rules. Specifically check that your 2 and 3 night minimums are in the right spot. They should be on the left side. So it should read "between [2] and [ ]" (with the right side empty) if you want a 2 night minimum and no maximum.

    As far as I know, if I set the Property Rules under Minimum Night Restrictions - During Gaps to 2 then it'll look for 2 night gaps between bookings. It'll not let a 2 night booking into a 3 night gap because what you're defining at this setting is minimum number of nights allowed in gaps but there is nowhere to define what "gap" means (how many nights between two bookings are considered as a gap).

    That fixed it. I modified the settings in AirBnB to allow same day bookings on 2 properties but not the other 2. Bingo...only the 2 that didn't allow same day bookings blocked calendar for the day. I've modified settings on all 4 and it seems fixed. I'll let u know.if anything changes.

    For instance your regular min nights is 3. However, someone booked and now you have a gap of 2 nights between the bookings. Ordinarily, it would be tough luck - no way to book those gap nights because the 3 night rule would kick in every time a guest tried.
