    ...Sadly, Nexia is not currently integrated with OR (please, please do so - it's the best and only $9.99/month!).

    I can't figure out what to do to get both functions I would like. RemoteLock wants $27/month for 3 locks at just one property (I have 3 homes) and doesn't seem to email or text any event notifications at all (it says even within their online system, if I was to log in and check it, th...

    ...omeone gets to the booking stage, it is no surprise to them. I weed out people with don’t want to give ID. No problems with booking my properties.

    If I get push back or if guest doesn’t upload in 24 hrs their ID, the booking is cancelled.

    Thanks OR for making collecting ID easier. I greatly appreciate it.

    After all the requests for it, it is here!! Yay.

    Well that (tag function) already exists, and so does sending follow-up emails/text to ask for ID (which I am sick and tired of). And "at time of booking" in this case is AFTE...

    Thank you so much Scott I agree. Most of us have had notifications for this topic turned on for quite a while as this has been a much requested feature and I would like to ke...

    ...situation creates the need for this?

    What is the overall policy:

    * ID for everyone?
    * Just for certain properties?
    * Just when bookings are done within 30 days?

    I would love to see a 1,2,3.. flow of how to use this.

    More than that, it would be great if OR could roll this in

    I wish we did not need any kind of temporary stop gap and we all need it to be seamless and integrated into OR.  I just keep wishing for the feature....hopefully soon.

    We follow the Jot Form recommendations above and began collecting them ourselves just last week. It's a good temporary stop gap. by /forums/users/347399632 Jill D – Apr 14, 2022 2:18 AM (UTC)

    This is a question about Mailchimp or how other hosts send email marketing emails vs how to use OR. I am new to OR and have collected 26 emails from bookings! I would like to send an email to these guests, with a discount code if they book direct through the my website that OR hosts. I have signed up for a MailChimp account, and imported the contacts from OR to mailchimp. In mailchimp, How do I tur...

    We have a long-planned update coming (no ETA) to unify the messaging around the guest conversation and provide 2 way email there along with your other SMS and channel stuff. The inquiry records will come into there as well.

    Example:

    Mar 28, 2024 - Mar 31, 2024

    I am of the opinion that if 1% of my Revenue yield a 2% gain, it is worth it. In addition, I don't really want to try to constantly adjust my prices manually. My time has value. Supposedly wheelhouse is in cahoots with an event knowledgeable organization...

    Yes, but there Comes A Time you need to let go stop trying to get the last dollar. How much is your time and energy worth? If pricelabs cost 1% of your revenue and brings 2% additional, it was worth it. Nothing stops you from tweaking their prices, as they allow you to override as much as you want. But I doubt over time really is as useful as you suspect. It's like people who just had to screen eve...
