Apply Minimum Nights Rule When Arriving on the Last Night of the Season. Minimum night rules were not correctly applied to the last night of a recurring season that spaned from one calendar year into the next, allowing guests to book a property for fewer nights than configured in the season minimum night length restrictions. We resolved this glitch,...

Specifically, when creating a season it may be easier if we have the option to do a

Have you made any progress on this? Recurring expenses are needed

...ther PMs charge a similar flat fee. Yes, that’s how we do VRBO fees too. It works….but it todays day and age of software capabilities there is no reason it should be that manual. Being able to have a recurring 5% fee added to every VRBO booking would easily solve this. This feature has been requested for 6 years.

The roadmap is subject to change, and we are working hard to release new features that not only meet but exceed expectations with future updates. As of now, we do have plans to get Recurring Expenses in development by Q2 or Q3 of this year.

    Hi,

We actually already have plans for something along these lines, you can see the feature request for that here:

So, your initial costs for all of the essential scripts and third party services for your site would run you less than $1,000.00, with annual recurring costs of about $500.00.

We spent many hundreds of hours customizing our site -- look, feel operation -- to get it to work and look as we wanted. As our site grew we made other modifications based...

We have rates for periods of time like "spring break" or "fall break" that occur every year but don't necessarily start on the same date.  We currently use spot rates for those but I'd rather be able to use recurring seasons and set the start and end time to relative dates like "second Saturday of the March"

...n you checked an expense on the expense page, in addition to bringing up the options to delete, set vendor, etc., it also brought up the option to Copy or Duplicate the expense.  Not all expenses are recurring, but a quick copy button would allow the same vendor and property information to transfer over, and then I could go in and manually update the date to reflect the new expense.

    Thanks!

I can then create arrival and / or departure restrictions for that date within the same season.

Getting confused. I have seasons set up by specific dates. And these seasons appear in season rates. I went to update Thanksgiving season and changed the dates to 2019 versus 2018. I saved as recurring. It's not showing in season rates. I then created a new season specific dates and called it Thanksgiving with 2019 dates. This also is not showing in season rates. What am I not doing? Thanks.

...cleaning crew has a few days every year they do not work: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, 4th of July, and Thanksgiving.

Is it possible to make notes on our booking calendars of these recurring days?

I have already asked the question before about being able to note these days as "no flip" days but there doesn't seem to be a solution in the works for that.

I would be satisfied with a...

    Hello,

When entering spot rates to override the seasonal or recurring rates set for a property, I see that we are able to choose the number of minimum nights required for that spot rate.

My question is if this spot rate is during a season when we have a limitation on the arrival & departure days, what happens to the dates that use the spot rates? Are the arrival/departure limitations still in force or n...

Me too... I'm looking for other PMS just because OR Statement, Expenses, Recurring Expenses... are all too "weak" solution :(

I love OR but as I'm growing I can't keep using excel to generate a readable statements (OR statements are not readable)

...ther way, call and at least ask them. Great group over there.

Braintree and Stripe are both 2.9% with no monthlies. Not sure what level of invoicing you're needing but I know that they both handle recurring billing. So you can set up a payment schedule and request payment and that should be built in.

Square is charging you 3.5% which is quite a bit higher. If you can get that 2.5% rate from Lynnbrook,...

Have a similar question but my seasons are not "recurring", they are specific dates. Some overlapping seasons do show rates, some do not and I cannot figure out rhyme and reason.

    Example:

    Midseason

    Easter
    Mar 28, 2024 - Mar 31, 2024...

Adding my voice to the chorus here. When emails automatically go out, guests like to respond with great information. That should be persisted to support recurring bookings and future communications with the guest.

    This feature is needed!  Thanks!

Its not a feature if it is annoying and it is a CONSTANT RECURRING reminder of something that just doesn't work.
