We are currently pushing hard on large PM work (which includes how expenses are handled and also includes some reporting changes), other accounting things, and lots of other stuff.

They have 3 or 4 properties on the same street so they can group the above stuff together - easy money. Most of them are married and both husband and wife and maybe a grown child or two helps as part of the "team" so one person isn't doing it all all the time.

Yep, Airbnb's got a bit of a hodgepodge going now, stuff they've added over time. They're working on sorting it out, but that's a longer process, particularly them making changes and then making those new methods available via API.
