1 year ago...ke on my end, and they also send me to links on their site that offer additional support in the area I need help. I haven't ever been left in a lurch and they have answered all of my questions. Great stuff. I look forward to seeing how OR continues to evolve! -

7 years agoLook at the FontAwesome stuff. There's a zillion of them and they are better than icons - they're actually web "fonts" so you can increase their size or color perfectly by just specifying HTML attributes. -

7 years agoI highly recommend talking to Ximplify who we started partnering with for accounting stuff awhile back. We push PMs, large and small, in their direction. Good folks over there who know how to use OwnerRez, QuickBooks and a lot more . We are working with them a lot on expanding our QB integration to many more things and change accounting models to be more correct in general. -

7 years agoTrue. But the ARDI coverage here is $20 for $1000. This is $29 for $10,000 plus a lot of other stuff.
HomeAway is trying to get people to elect $49 pdp. This is much better compared to that.

7 years ago...sheets, etc - all are never more than a few hundred bucks at most. Having 10 grand of coverage is pointless if you never use all that.
PS. Our regular HOI insurance on the houses covers really big stuff with a 500/1000 deductible (and short term renter/liability is specifically mentioned as a named coverage) so anything that would be 10 grand we can cover with that.

6 years ago...cessible by link that you can customize with info about the property, lock codes, etc. If we want to get fancy it could have areas for requesting date changes, updating credit cards, all that sort of stuff that'd be nice to give more self service for the guest. Some of those things are already done by channels and we'd have to direct them to the channel on those bookings, but would work for direct book... -

6 years agoFrom what I've heard, OR is working on getting channel messaging (i.e. replying through Vrbo, Airbnb, etc.) implemented, so once that goes live, we'll be able to send some stuff there, although rich content like PDF welcome packets and things might still have to go via email, and URLs might get censored (TBD).

6 years ago...d from OwnerRez to the channel, overwriting whatever may already be there. If you want to add a new property, don't bother to do that in the channel; do it in OwnerRez, and then let OR push all that stuff to the channel when you turn on the API connection for that property, which is what it's going to do anyway.
