We’re excited to give you an early look at Snippets, a new way to quickly insert reusable text into your messages. Snippets let you save frequently used bits of text and insert them into a message simply by typing / followed by the shortcode you’ve assigned. They’re perfect for information you send regularly, like pool hours, Wi-Fi instructions, check-in details, parking information, or answers to common guest questions.
