Difference between these two templates

Hello there,

I'm trying to understand the difference between these two templates and when to use one over the other.

Also trying to understand, if a template was sent, where can we clarify that one had been sent? Is there a "sent" folder?

Request Renter Agreement for Channel Bookings

Send Renter Agreement Form to Guest

#1 is for rental agreements that originate via channels (typically, airbnb, vrbo, etc). #2 is for direct bookings on your website. #1 and #2 ma differ (ex: refund policy on the channel may be different form that for direct bookings)
