Extend quote time limit after expiration?

I'm sure I've done it before but now find I cannot. Did that capability get changed?

Hi Tim,

1) Open the Quote
2) Click the Info tab
3) Click the "Change Settings" button
4) Scroll to bottom and put in an expiration days/date
5) Click the "Save Changes" button
