How to change wordings on check out page?

How do I change the wordings under section "Complete your registration"? I do not require renter agreement for Vrbo and Airbnb, but do require it for all other channels.

At this time, you can only change the wording in the blue box at the top of the screenshot you posted by navigating to Settings > Form Messages.
