Proper Order for New Property Setup

I currently only have one property but am looking to add another.  Its been awhile since I setup in OwnerRez but I was thinking there was a preferred order that you want to setup a new property due to the transfer of fields in either the import or export.  I was thinking I needed to first setup the property in VRBO, import it from VRBO into OwnerRez and then create a new listing on Airbnb by letting OwnerRez push that info.  Can anyone confirm this or am I completely wrong?
