Booking clean-up link {BUFIXUP} in email template is not working

Booking clean-up link {BUFIXUP} in email template is not working. I didn't change any setting on my end so sth must have changed on OR's end. Instead of showing the booking clean-up link like usual, OR assigns a random {__PORTAL_LINK__} under Url in the email that goes out to guests. It leads to an undefined page.

That PORTAL_LINK field you're seeing is simply a placeholder for the unique portal links that are inserted when these messages fire. Since those aren't static links, it's a little harder to display accurately. We will be working to remove that placeholder soon so it's not as confusing, but BUFIXUP still works as intended.
