Hello, i am new to managing my own str and to ownerrez. I have a question about house manuals

Hi my name is mike . I live in Michigan and I am remotely managing my condo in Fort Morgan Alabama. well, starting on January 1st i will be managing it. I am filling out a house manual and i am not sure what really goes in it. Can you help?

Generally, it would be whatever information your guest may need to know - how to operate the thermostat, where to put the trash, etc.
