Add Arrival/Departure Day Conditions to Recurring Triggered Messages

We use recurring triggered messages to send weekly reminders, such as trash pickup instructions every Tuesday.

Currently, recurring triggers don't allow conditions based on the arrival or departure day of the reservation. Because of this, guests who check in on Tuesday receive the same trash reminder as guests who have already been staying at the property, even though the reminder isn't relevant to them.

It would be very helpful to have conditions such as:

  • Exclude reservations where today is the arrival day.
  • Exclude reservations where today is the departure day.
  • Filter by arrival or departure day of the week (e.g., Tuesday).

This would allow recurring messages to be sent only to guests who are already staying at the property, reducing unnecessary or confusing messages without requiring manual workarounds such as tags or manually skipping individual messages.
