I use this frequently and it would be very helpful not to have to click on the dropdown every time.

To confirm, are you referring to the email communication history or the inbox? If you're referring to the inbox, you should be able to access it by clicking on the envelope under the ORB#, and it should take you to the inbox thread for the guest.
