Add Dates to Tasks - Scheduled For and/or Due By

It would be super helpful if we could add dates to tasks.  I found myself making tasks and never completing them because there is no system.  For a maintenance task, it would be great if I could create a task and schedule it for my maintenance person for the next check-out date.
