Is there a way to add Average Daily or Nightly Rent to owner statements? Right now I show Nights and then the rent total, it would be wonderful if the next column could display what that average rate is so owners don't have to calculate on each reservation when looking over statement

You can accomplish this with a custom formula by dividing the rent by the number of nights. I don't use just the rent category but utilize a custom formula for rent (so that it includes any other surcharges categorized as rent and subtracts any discounts applied), and it still worked with this when I just tested it. You'll set up the custom formula as: [Whatever field/formula you use for rent] / [Nights]

Thank you SO SO much! This worked [IncomeCategory_RentOnly]/[Nights]

Thank you for your help previously. If able to, I would greatly appreciate your advice on a few more formulas. I'm trying to show the ADR but after channel fees. Originally I was using what you suggested, and it worked great, but with the new Airbnb host fee, I'm now wanting to just show owner's ADR but after channel fees since it's a wash. I'm currently using "[IncomeCategory_RentOnly]-[ExpenseCategory_Channel]/[Nights]" and its giving me just the total rent, I used "[IncomeCategory_RentOnly]-[ExpenseCategory_Channel]" to show rent after channel fee, and it works great, when I try and divide that by nights it just gives me rent after channel fee again.

I like to show owners in this order

Nights

Nights (in period)

Rent Total

Average Daily Rent

Rent Total (In period)

Average Daily Rent

PM Comm Total

PM Comm (In period)

Just can't get the average daily rent to work after channel fees. Any help is much appreciated!

Hi again! Add parenthesis around [IncomeCategory_RentOnly]-[ExpenseCategory_Channel] so that the formula knows to apply the division only after that subtraction. It should look like:

([IncomeCategory_RentOnly]-[ExpenseCategory_Channel])/[Nights]

Remember that if you are PPB with Vrbo, those channel fees need to be imported or manually added: https://www.ownerrez.com/support/articles/vrbo-commission-file-imports
