Airbnb-Specific Rental Agreement: Header/Footer Contact Information Control

Our rental agreement footer currently includes our website, email address, and phone number. Airbnb does not permit this contact information on agreements for its bookings, so we need to remove it for Airbnb reservations.

There is currently no way to set a different header or footer by booking channel (OTA).

Request: Add the ability to assign headers and footers to rental agreements by OTA/booking channel.

Desired outcome:

• All channels except Airbnb: keep the current footer with our contact details.
• Airbnb: no footer.

Why it matters: Without this, we either violate Airbnb’s requirements or have to remove our contact information from every booking channel.

Hopefully OwnerRez staff will chime in to confirm this, but Steve mentioned in a webinar yesterday that when you select within OwnerRez which rental agreement applies to Airbnb AND that you have an exception, they will upload a version that excludes your footer.

He also pointed to where you can preview the version that is sent to Airbnb for this purpose. Settings > Rental Agreements > click the down-arrow to the left of the RA you use for Airbnb > select Download Example PDF. That is the version/formatting that is uploaded into Airbnb, and it excludes any header/footer that may be themed to it.
