We use tags which are visible on each property so the reservationists can see if a house has a grill, number of beds, etc. It would be great if Rezzy could read the tags when it responds to guests.

Rezzy should have access to this information already in your property details, assuming those are configured in your rooms, amenities, location details, etc.
Could I ask you to expand on why reading the property tags would be an improvement for you?
Does Rezzy seem like she doesn't already have this information available? If so, please write help@ownerrez.com with some examples of where Rezzy dropped the ball so we can investigate!
