Blocked dates message templates: add field code for URL to the block

I have internal messages set up to trigger when blocked dates get changed. I'd like to include a link back to the block in question, just as I do in my message templates for when a booking dates are changed. However, the field codes available for templates related to blocks oddly do not include the link. Please add this in so the functionality is congruent between bookings and blocks.
