Yes!! 💯 true for our business as well. We currently manually tag every surcharge, which means our team has to go into every booking, look at the charges, go back to overview, add the appropriate tags and then close the booking and go to the next one. It’s insane.

This feature is currently in development. There's no ETA I can provide at this time, but we will keep everyone posted here as updates become available.

v2 of Tag Automations dropped in today's release!

You can now apply conditions to Triggers and Tag Automations for the following:

  • Review left (No Review, star count, etc.)
  • Door lock code (Code Not Generated, Code Failed to Generate, Code Generated Successfully)
  • Optional surcharges
  • Discounts
  • Check-In Time (is standard/non-standard)
  • Check-Out Time (is standard/non-standard)
  • Repeat/Return Guest (previous bookings at the same property, or not)
