We had a terrible guest and although I normally always check a guest's Airbnb profile after a booking is made, this time I missed it. Now when I check the guest on Airbnb I saw that he has one 1* review left before. So, it'd be great for us (and also team members who do the greeting) to see guests' ratings in OwnerRez. If we didn't miss this we could cancel the booking or warn the guest in a very serious way at check-in.
Unfortunately, Airbnb doesn't provide the guest's reviews via API, just the ones relevant to that particular host.
We do link the Airbnb user profile in the booking overview and guest overview, though, so you can click through there to see the guest's profile on Airbnb.
