I’d like to see a built-in owner messaging system inside the OwnerRez portal, with the ability to send one message to multiple owners at once.
The Problem
Communication with owners is currently scattered across email and text. That leads to:
- Missed or buried messages
- No centralized record inside OwnerRez
- Repetitive work when sending the same update to multiple owners
The Solution
Add a simple messaging feature in the owner portal that allows:
- Direct messages to individual owners
- Bulk messaging to multiple owners at once
- Messages stored and visible in the owner’s portal
Why It Matters
- Saves time: Send updates once instead of repeating the same message
- Improves communication: Keeps everything in one place
- Creates accountability: Clear record of what was sent and when
