Cancellation Policy - Alignment with Mid Term Rentals

Can a cancellation policy option be added that considers returning the security deposit and any pre-paid rent for mid-term rentals (31+ days)? If the tenant does not move in, the money should be returned.

Although the cancellation policies don't include a setting to return the security deposit, if a direct or Vrbo booking is canceled, the cancellation screen should include an option to release any security deposits already collected. The cancellation screen should also allow you to follow the cancellation policy that's in place or refund the entire amount if their booking is outside the timeframe to qualify for a full refund.
