Be able to adjust my monthly OwnerRez payment date to be a specific date of the month.
Currently, my account is automatically paid on the 16th of each month. I would like to change my permanent monthly automatic payment date to be the 1st of each month to better align with my business cash flow.
Here's my situation:
Currently OwnerRez doesn't allow us to change subscription billing dates, so OwnerRez is unable to update a statement cycle to bill on a different day of the month.
It's also not practical to cancel my OwnerRez account (which would disconnect channel integrations, cancel bookings in OwnerRez, cancel any scheduled payments and security deposits, and disable features such as triggers, hosted websites, widgets, and calendar imports) all to just restart my OwnerRez account on the first of the month, to align my billing date on my preferred day.
I am requesting a more simpler route to accomplish this - to simply allow users to select their preferred monthly payment date and then prorate charges accordingly as needed and make the one-time adjustment to shift the payment schedule.
