Channel Rules - add an option for booking window

Now Airbnb is removing super strict 60 and 30 policies, it would be great to be able to limit the booking window for specific properties on Airbnb channel only.

Currently, we can only limit either Airbnb channel for that account for all properties, or limit booking window for that specific property for all channels.
Under Property- channel rules, can we have the option to limit booking window by channel?

This feature can't come fast enough.  Even better if it could be based on each season. 

Example: Booking Window on AirBNB = 100 days for off season, 30 days for CORE season, per property.

I wouldn't care if someone cancels during "shoulder season".
