Request: Let notification settings filter on more than one field at once — e.g., "notify this team member only when Category = Maintenance AND Priority = Urgent," not just a single toggle per notification type.
Use case: We want our maintenance lead to see every maintenance task for visibility, but only get actively interrupted (push/email) for the urgent ones — otherwise the volume trains people to ignore the notification entirely.
