It would be useful to have custom fields that can be set based on which platform they booked through.
I also think this would be very useful.
To be able to include or exclude specific channels for the Custom field.
Hi, Thanks for using the Feature Request Forum. My comment would be, "Give us more explanation of what you mean, with examples", because my initial response would be that Custom Fields can already be assigned to Accounts, Bookings, Properties, Contacts, and Owners. They can then be used selectively in messaging to whatever channel you want by using trigger conditions.
