Different Cleaning Fees for Different Stays

I think it would be helpful to have a structured cleaning fee for different length of stays. Shorter stays less than 14 days, stays 14 to 30 days and 30 days plus+ also would be nice if you could add extra for cleaning with pets.

You might be able to do this by creating custom cleaning fees rather than a standard cleaning fee, but it will most likely only work for direct bookings, and the channels like Airbnb and Vrbo might not respect the conditions. To create a cleaning fee for stays shorter than 14 days, stays 14-30 days, and stays for 30+ days, you'd need to create 3 separate custom cleaning fees and add a number of nights condition to each one.

For stays shorter than 14 nights, you'll want to set it to number of nights is less than 14:

For stays that are 14-30 nights, you'll want to add two number of nights conditions: one for number of nights is greater than or equal to 14, and another for number of nights less than 30:

If you need to create a cleaning fee for bookings that had pets, and it's separate from your pet fee, you could create a custom cleaning fee and add a number of pets condition is greater than or equal to 1, and it should only be added to bookings that indicate they're bringing a pet: 

You'll also want to add a listing site condition to all of these surcharges so that it only applies to direct bookings, since these most likely won't work for channel bookings:
