Summary
It would be a huge time-saver if we could "teach" Rezzy by bulk-uploading files instead of entering everything line-by-line.

The Pain Point
Right now, setting up the AI is a bit of a grind. For those of us with 50–100+ FAQs or detailed house manuals, manually typing every single Question/Answer is a major hurdle. It takes a long time to get set up, especially if we are migrating data from another system.

The Idea
It would be awesome to have an "Import Knowledge" area where we could drop in two types of files:

  1. CSVs: Let us upload a spreadsheet of our FAQs (Question, Answer, Tag). This would make bulk-editing or moving over from other platforms super fast.

  2. PDFs/Docs: It would be cool if we could upload our digital guidebooks or appliance manuals. The AI could read these and down the road suggest new FAQs or Directives based on the content.

*Key here would be a moderation queue: we’d want to review and approve these suggestions so nothing gets added to the live "brain" automatically without a sanity check.

The Benefit
A host could just upload their FAQ spreadsheet and their House Manual PDF, and bam—Rezzy is 95% trained in 5 minutes.
