I've been an Enso Connect customer for several years at this point. I know OwnerRez has their own messaging platform, however, they don't have the same simplicity offered by Enso Connect. I can group all messages and upsells cleanly through Enso Connect and is worth the extra cost in my opinion. I would love it messaging was synced up with Enso Connect just as it is with other platforms.

The good news is that this type of integration is already possible. We recently (within the past year) added messaging endpoints to the OwnerRez API, which allow partners like Enso Connect to integrate with our messaging system if they choose to do so.
Since Enso Connect connects to OwnerRez through our API, the next step would be for their team to implement support for those messaging endpoints on their side. We'd absolutely welcome a deeper integration between our platforms, and our Partner team is available to help them with any technical questions they have during development.
I'd encourage you to reach out to Enso Connect and let them know this is something you'd like to see. Customer demand often helps partners prioritize improving integrations, especially when multiple mutual customers are asking for the same capability.
We'd be happy to work with them to make it happen. They simply need to reach out to our Partner Support team if they have any questions or would like implementation guidance. From our side, the messaging API is available today, so they can begin adding this capability whenever they're ready.
