Is there a way to link OR calendar to Furnished Finder website?
The iCal import limitation you’re seeing is a known issue with FurnishedFinder. They only accept iCal links from Airbnb and Vrbo domains, which unfortunately means an OwnerRez export iCal can’t be used with their site.
You can import their iCal into OwnerRez, but you can’t export an OwnerRez calendar back to FurnishedFinder. If you're using Airbnb with an API connection, the Airbnb export iCal remains available, so you can use that as a workaround.
With Vrbo, it’s more restrictive — when you have an active API connection, Vrbo disables all iCal functionality, so there’s no way to push availability from that side to FurnishedFinder.
FurnishedFinder is aware of these limitations. Many users have reported it, and we've had prior conversations with their team about potential integrations. I wish I had a better solution, but at this time the restriction is entirely on their end.
You may want to reach out to FurnishedFinder directly and request broader iCal support. The more user feedback they receive, the more likely they are to expand compatibility
