Give the Option to Roll Up Booking Related Expense by Category on Owner Statements

I have been working on creating owner statements and wish there was an option to roll up booking related expenses by category.  Listing out each fee separately makes it hard for an owner to see a snapshot of what they're spending on each type of fee at a glance.
