Guest Demographics

Can there be an option to see the age/gender of guests in reports. This would help target marketing adds more appropriately. Additionally, a report for states guests are coming from. If I new my guests were coming from NC and the majority of ages were between 38-45, I could better target my marketing.

You can accomplish this using Custom Field Definitions in OwnerRez! Just create a required Custom Field for guest ages, and another asking what state they're visiting from, and the guests can fill that content in as part of the booking process. Then, you can run the Stays by Date Range report to see those.

Booking type custom fields can be shown during quote acceptance for direct booking guests. Also, if you send the guest a separate renter agreement e-sign link after booking (such as for channel guests), the same booking type custom fields will be displayed for them too.
