Hosted Site FAQ page with schema markup

It would be nice if there was an optional hosted canned FAQ page that could incorporate certain account-level custom fields, and maybe have it filled in by the owner in a form question - answer.  Also, that would automatically generate FAQ schema markup https://developers.google.com/search/docs/appearance/structured-data/faqpage

Custom fields  would be great! I made my own faq page but not being able to use a few fields made it more cumbersome than it needed to be.
