INBOX - Mark as "Unread"

Being able to mark a message as "Unread" would be a hugely beneficial feature for the Inbox.

This would allow hosts to keep messages in the "unread" status (Bold font in the inbox) while solving guest issues, so the guest message doesn't get "lost" in the shuffle of other guest messages which have been attended to and completed.
