Mark an Owner Statement Email locked, ie not to Email

Is there a way to mark a statement as emailed or "not to email" or locked so that it does not get accidentally get emailed out?

I couldn't find a way to manually mark a statement as "emailed" without actually sending it. The email status shown on the Owner Statements grid reflects whether the statement was sent via the Email button in OwnerRez - there's no documented way to set that flag manually.

I don't think this suggestion from Rezzy is sufficient.

The safest way to prevent accidental re-sends is just to be aware it's already been handled outside the system. If you need to track it, you could add a note to the statement (via the Change button on the statement) explaining it was already sent externally.
