Maximum Guest Count Change Season/Period

Would like the ability to set a lower guest limit for certain dates or a specific time period, without changing the default guest capacity for the property.  

My property has different capacity needs depending on the time of year. During peak seasons, I can comfortably host a higher number of guests, but during off‑season periods , especially when certain amenities are unavailable or undergoing maintenance, or I just need to temporarily reduce the number of guests.
