More owner self-service in the Owner Portal (per-owner permissions)

At Grande Rentals (Casa Grande, AZ) we love the Owner Portal, and the new Owner Bookings feature has been great. Our owners keep asking to do more themselves, so here are a few ideas, each controlled by a per-owner permission like the current settings:

1. Read-only guest message history for their own properties

2. A rate calendar view, with an option to request rate changes for manager approval

3. Two-way file sharing (agreements, insurance, receipts)

4. Owner-submitted expenses and receipts that the manager approves before they reach statements

5. Owner-to-manager messaging saved in the portal

6. Suggested listing edits (photos, description) for manager approval

We'd be happy to beta test!
