Occupancy Percentage as a Trigger Condition

I’d love to see occupancy percentage added as a trigger condition, ideally calculated over a configurable future date range.

For example:

• Occupancy is less than 30%
• During 8–21 days from now
• → Send an email/message

This would be extremely useful for revenue management. It would allow property managers to automatically identify listings that are unusually empty (or unusually full) and take action on pricing, minimum stays, promotions, etc.

Ideally, the condition could support both greater than and less than a specified occupancy percentage, with a customizable look-ahead period.
