outbound calls using SMS number for Caller ID

Our SMS number was ported in and is our main number.  Incoming calls and SMS are working fine.  We'd benefit from a feature that allowed us to place outbound calls using our SMS number as caller ID.  Something like a relay, where I start a call in OwnerRez and it calls me first, then calls the intended recipient, connects our audio channel and the recipient sees our SMS number in their Caller ID.
