Currently OwnerRez sends many emails to the single account level email address. These emails including notifications of inquiries, quotes, bookings, security deposits among many others and now tasks generated by Rezzy. I would like to request an option that these emails be routed to the property specific email address, Custom Field (PXEMAIL), if one and not to the overall account level email address.

I understand you'd like OwnerRez system notifications (inquiries, quotes, bookings, security deposits, Rezzy tasks, etc.) to be routed to property-specific email addresses stored in a custom field (PXEMAIL) rather than always going to the account-level email address.
Current Functionality
Currently, OwnerRez system notifications (alerts about new bookings, inquiries, tasks, etc.) are sent to the account-level email address configured in your user profile. These notifications come from alerts@ownerrez.com and are designed to keep you informed about important updates.
While OwnerRez supports custom fields at the property level (like your PXEMAIL field), these are currently used for inserting property-specific data into guest-facing templates (emails, rental agreements, etc.) rather than controlling where system notifications are routed.
Workarounds & Considerations
While native property-specific notification routing isn't currently available, here are some options to consider:
1. Email Filtering & Forwarding Most email clients allow you to set up filters that automatically forward messages containing specific property names to different email addresses. Since OwnerRez notifications include property names when possible, you could create rules to route notifications accordingly.
2. Team Access for Property-Specific Management If you have different people managing different properties, you can grant Staff Member Access or Portal Access with property-specific permissions. Each team member would receive notifications only for properties they have access to.
3. Multiple Owner Email Addresses (PM Feature) For Property Management users, you can configure multiple email addresses per owner, and when using field codes like {OEMAIL} or {BOWNEREMAIL}, all owner emails will be included.
