We won't be adding check-in/out times to blocks, but we are planning to tackle true owner bookings in the near future. At present, this work is already tasked and ready for development. I'll merge your request in with the one relevant to the work planned, and will keep everyone posted in that thread as things progress!
We have 130 homes, and we need this for our maintenance team. Currently, on the OwnerRez ribbon, when an owner blocks dates for their own stay or when we create an internal block, the system does not allocate check-in or check-out times for those blocks. The only time check-in and check-out times are assigned is when there’s an actual reservation. This creates a scheduling gap for our housekeeping operations. Without those time allocations, our cleaners can’t accurately plan when an owner is arriving or departing, which makes it difficult to align turnovers with other reservations in the system.It would be extremely helpful if OwnerRez could allow check-in and check-out times to be added to owner and internal blocks, so our housekeeping teams can see those timeframes on the ribbon and easily incorporate them into their cleaning schedules.
