Airbnb Pre-Booking Message per property

In Airbnb I can set a pre-booking message for each property that the guest has to agree to before booking. Typically I put to contact us before booking if they are bringing pets and another note about letting us know if they want a pool heated. In OZ I only see the pre booking message under the Airbnb API and not per property.

Is there a way to set up pre booking message per property in OZ?

As noted, you can indeed set the pre-booking message for your entire Airbnb account, but, not per property.  I've moved this to the Feature Request area so it can gather votes.

The Airbnb pre-booking message is the ideal and most logical place to put the most important disclosure items and avoid misunderstandings. (disclose rental agreement and security deposit)  Way more visible than buried in the 'house rules'.

If you can't support it for now, is there any way that Owner Rez can just be hands off with this field (and others) and let us set it in Airbnb??? (I would ask the same question regarding pet fields, etc. in VRBO...)

Is there a way to toggle off all daily API syncs - except price changes??

Maybe I'm just revealing how little I know about how an API works.  But I can dream.

The only available option would be to use Limited sync for a specific property, and then control most of the property settings in Airbnb instead of OwnerRez.
