Quote and Invoice to include subtotal and total line for credit card fees

Looking for a change in the way the quote and invoice is generated.  I have a lot of repeat guests not familiar with the system and pay by check.  It would be helpful with full disclosure of the breakdown with a subtotal without the credit card fee and then a total with a credit card fee.  Thanks
