Currently I can run a Credit Card Processing History report to VIEW all credit cards however I'd like to be able to run a DECLINED report to be able to monitor these for SCHEDULED payments that fail, on a weekly basis (rather than monitor email notifications one by one which seems very inefficient to me). Could this report request be included in a future upgrade?

The Credit Card Processing History report should allow you to filter for Declined transactions.
